Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a premier beach destination with activities that the entire family can enjoy. From activities for adults (like Casino cruises) to activities that are entirely kid friendly (water and amusement parks) there is more to do at Myrtle Beach than you probably have time for!
As the name would imply, the number one most popular thing to do at Myrtle Beach is… going to the beach! Sporting over 60 miles of sand beaches, you can build sand castles, do water sports, or simply wade or swim in the water. Go parasailing, zip around on jet skis, or go scuba diving, the number of things you can do at the beach itself are practically endless and fit within the most modest vacation budgets. If you have a fisherman in your family (my family has 3) there is fishing opportunities available. If you fish on the pier, it’s free!
